Ayurveda Medicines for Prameha
Diabetes Mellitus is known to Indians from Vedic period onwards by the name Asrava (Prameha). They were treating this problem very effectively at that also. Diabetes is also known as Madhumeha in Ayurveda.
Mahamehantakarasa (2g) : Cures all urinary disorders and burning sensation over the body. Suits all delicate constitutions.
DOSAGE : 1 g = 4 doses. To be used twice daily with Chandanasava (or) with the juice of Gokshura (root) for urinary troubles.
Saribadyasava : Cures skin diseases especially of venerial poison and carbuncles. Purifies the blood.
DOSAGE : To be taken with equal quantity of water in 10ml dosage after meals.
Tarakeswararasa (5g) : Controls over urination. Useful in diabetes. Reduces over thirst. Increases blood and semen.
DOSAGE : 1 g = 4 doses One dose twice daily with water or as directed by the physician
Chandraprabhadivati (2g) : Cures urinery disorders such as retention of urine, urinery calculi pain, prameha, irritation and pain while passing urine.
DOSAGE : 1g = 3 doses Two tablets at a time thrice daily either with Saribadyasava or with Chandanasava for urinary disorders.
Abhraka Bhasma (Sataputa) : Useful in diabetes and excessive urination. This can be used in several diseases with different adjuncts.
DOSAGE : 1g = 4 doses. For excessive heat and dry cough, add equal quantity of sithopaladichurna and use one dose both morning and evening with sugar.
Vasantakusumakara Tablets : A sovereign remedy in Ayurveda for successful treatment of over urination And diabetes.
DOSAGE : One dose twice daily (or) as directed by the physician.
Medication to be determined on the basis of the patients medical reports.
For better results use this ayurvedic medication for a minimum period of 3 months.

According to the constitution of the body, diet follow-up is essential for health and longevity. Every patient should observe precautions in diet the time of usage of the medicine to avoid aggravation and to obtain speedy results.
