How do Ayurveda Cure Sour bile?
As per the Ayurveda, the Pitta dosha imbalances the human body and causes acid indigestion along with heartburn. The stress, anger, spicy food, and many other factors aggravate the pitta dosha. A few basic lifestyle changes and diet can help balance the Pitta and give effective digestion and calms the mood. Pitta is the thermal energy in every cell, but it is mainly situated in the gut area. Excessive intake of heat-producing foods may cause the digestive system to overreact with increased acid production.
